A. There are some notification that can applicable for return or refund.

1. Returns after 14 days from the date when you received items will not be accepted.

2. The item isn’t damaged or wrong.

3. Only change the mind (cannot exchange) : If it can, customer should pay the shipping fee on the first shipping fee +

return shipping fee.

4. Free gifts or samples should be unused, and should be sent with items for a refund.
