A: Refund can be accepted unless you open items. As items that you cancel or refund arrive to CS center in INKOA, we are dealing with it within 1~2days. For refund, it handles such as accounts depending on how you paid. (In case of direct deposit without accounts, it should be handled quickly if you send us the account number which you can get a refund and name of the owner)
